                                                                                                                 Minimum Savings:  $10.00

                                                                            A K. Kelly, Inc. technician will make sure that your furnace is operating correctly by completing the following check list:
                                                                            • Fire unit & check current operation
                                                                            • Oil motors where possible
                                                                            • Check air filter
                                                                            • Clean and adjust pilot assembly
                                                                            • Check and adjust main burners
                                                                            • Check standing pilot
                                                                            • Check blower assembly
                                                                            • Visibly check heat exchanger
                                                                            • Inspect vent/pipe to chimney
                                                                            • Check electronic spark ignition control
                                                                            • Check limits & controls
                                                                            • Check gas pressure
                                                                            • Refire unit & check for proper draft
                                                                            • Check for correct temperature rise
                                                                            • Clean & check thermostat
                                                                            • Vacuum secondary radiator coil
                                                                            • Clean condensate drain line
                                                                            • Check intake/exhaust piping for obstructions
